The Space
Pirate Paradise offers a surprisingly spacious and comfortable floating retreat, complete with an upstairs bedroom, cozy living room, kitchen area, and private bathroom with a shower.
The living room features a couch that converts into a full-size bed, providing additional sleeping space for your crew.
Step outside onto your private back deck, where you can enjoy the marina atmosphere, relax with your favorite beverage, or try your luck at fishing. We even provide two fishing poles and a crab trap. Just BYOB — Bring Your Own Bait!
Located just across the bridge from the Kemah Boardwalk, you’re close to waterfront restaurants, entertainment, amusement rides, and nightlife, while enjoying the unique experience of staying aboard a houseboat.
Guest Access
The entire houseboat is yours to enjoy, including the upstairs bedroom, convertible living area, kitchen, private bathroom, and outdoor sitting deck.
A two-person kayak is also available for guests who want to add a little adventure to their stay.
A Few Things to Know
Pirate Paradise is a real floating houseboat, and that’s part of its charm! Although it’s comfortable and roomy, life aboard is a little different from staying in a traditional hotel or vacation rental.
The kitchen is best suited for simple meals and snacks, and there is no dishwasher. Many guests prefer to take advantage of the nearby restaurants or bring easy-to-prepare food.
Because the boat floats rather than being permanently attached to land, guests should be comfortable stepping aboard and experiencing the gentle movement of the water.
